AUSSIE HUNTER 0
Hi everyone, i'm an expat now living in the lucky country,I do alot of pest control here,(rabbits, hares) using my Precharged Pneumatic Air Rifles, Ripley XL9, Air Arms S410 XTRA, and Sportsmatch GC2, I get alot of request,s to control Foxes but need some help, i have purchased an Anschutz 17-17DHB for this purpose, i have chosen this calibre due to the size of permissions i have here (20-50 acres), i am returning for a holiday in Sept 2011 and visiting the Midland Gaim Fair, is there anybody that would be willing to let me tag along when they go out, to learn some ways to bring in the Red coats to within shooting range? I will be based in Peterborough and will have a car , so willing to travel and get digs. Regards Neil.

I am a full time pester (vertebrates only) There are plenty of good calls on the market both bellows type (scotch etc) and the various "tin whistle" types. Not to mention the new electronic jobs. Personally I like to "ring the changes" when fox calling,as in some areas where a lot of whistling is done the fox becomes somewhat immune (or just legs it) to the trilling of the more common calls. Enjoy your time on here
