Anyone out there ever tried making Pate from rabbits liver?? If not why not! :hmm: Usually dogs or ferrets get the livers before the rabitt even reaches kitchen, but the other week I managed to get my hands on a few of the fresh livers and made them up with a chicken pate recipe I found.

 

If you like pate, dont miss the chance. Havent experimented with the recipe much yet, but will no doubt add a few extras when i next get some bunny liver. Interested to hear of any other ideas along this line. :yes:
