I thought it was going to be one of those mountain hares over there.

 

My sis has a miniature schnauzer (Tippy) that took off for a day some time ago and the only reason my bro-inlaw was able to catch up to him was because the dog's coat had gathered so much snow he became unable to run, he could hardly walk even. They had to melt the snow off him!
