danebrewer10 6
just sit over a potential hot (or cold) spot and squeak, I squeak on my hand, though you need a gap between your teek to do it, no a gaping hole like cletus, but a small gap to let the air through, kinda like the WAM whistle, I had one the other afternoon, snowy, squeaked, and he appeared out of a wood and sat there, squeaked again, he jumped back into the wood, saw him running up the hill towards me on the other side of a fence, couldn't get a shot 'cause of all the wires in the way, so when I did manage to poke the rifle through the fence, he was too far off and wouldn't hold still enough for a dead cert shot (as I have an HMR and was out for bunnies principally) I'd say keep still, and squeak normally, if they're hungry, they'll come!
