Guest Magwitch Posted January 3, 2007 Report Share Posted January 3, 2007 Read a article in the shooting sports mag about these and it says they are only good for about 30 to 50 yards used with a IR lamp but a couple of fellas on the BBS forum reckon they use them with a rimmy out to 120 yards, anyone use one what range have they got and do they eat batteries. :thumbs-up: Quote Link to post
Guest bruno527 Posted January 5, 2007 Report Share Posted January 5, 2007 if you need n/v ..buy the best you can afford new or s/h.. avoid the add ons..buy a unit ! vomz pns are good optics (russian) add extra infa red ,hey presto gen 2 application for price of gen1 & its half the weight & cost ,or less.. the russian optics in my opinion are best.. good luck & avoid the 'prat' ( hebridean tech house ,isle of arran,scotland..) bstd ! regarsd Quote Link to post
