another poorly hen

Hello all,my sister and her husband keep four laying hens three are fine laying as normal but one is just staying in the nest box and is generally out of sorts also they think it's started pulling its feathers out?

Any suggestions?

sure it ant gone broody and it might be in molt

Cheers mate yeah I think there just panicking a little,they've only had them for seven months if it has gone broody what do you do?plus they put it in the house last night and reckon shes eating,drinking and also the combs nice and red feathers are falling off the breast as she walks around.
