hi guys

i am thinking of building a game lader for processing my game as the misses has said now we have a new kitchen i cant butcher deer in the house

 

just wanting to know can i use a normal domestic fridge you know the tall type to hang deer/game will the tempreture be ok eny meat i have will only be used for personal consumption and freinds so will not be sold for the food chain

 

has enyone built one just want an idea on what to have in the lader

depends how much game you intend to have. have seem complete rooms made from small backs off refrigerted lorries, table, hanging space for tools etc and all chilled.

 

i just do my game in the shed and have a large glass fronted drinks chiller from a supermarket.... perfect for the job, has lights, temp controls, hanging rails and space for 2 fallow with ease.

it will prob just be a shed as i will only be sorting what i shoot the odd deer pigeon rabbit and the like how big is your shed if you dont mind me asking :thumbs: just got to get it out of the house :11:
