tdavepat 8
It's complete shite anyhow. Queens conducted a proper scientific, unbiased survey and they have reported an increase in the species, especially around areas where coursing clubs still operate. Fat-Ferret 857
The LACS and "Minister Poots" are in cohorts, to not only Ban hunting with dogs in Northern Ireland, but to also ban snaring of all kinds. The problem is that the bill is being very quietly passed...Although there are people working against it, it hasnt yet appeared on the news or in the press (hunting with dogs at least) and by the time most people realise, it will be too little too late. Tdavepat is correct, results of studies show that the work done by coursing clubs actually increases Hare numbers...But the LACS dont mention that, they would rather make a Hare suffer in a coursing pen through the use of wire and twist it to their own agenda on video. When will it all end? And for how long are the green party and the anti hunting brigade in Stormont and Westminster going to dictate what we do... I for one am sick to the teeth of it, Enough is enough. Edited April 23, 2010 by Fat-Ferret
