410phil 4 Posted April 21, 2010 Report Share Posted April 21, 2010 Hi folks on the 16th of May I am runnin g in the great Manchester run to raise money to help send a little boy to the world karate championships in Italy in october I will be running in a ghillie suit so its not going to be easy if anyone would like to donate any money to this great course you can see the full details on the poachers rest forum please give generously as I might actually die whilst trying to do this.... Thanks for taking the time to read this ALL THE BEST Phil ps it is been televised this year so look out for a 6 foot swamp monster at the start of the race IT will be me .!!!!!
