Craic is; I'm aiming to go sattelite with Digiweb. Only option. I also want to get Linux as I'm sick and tired of mickey soft. Questions: What modem may I need? And what's Linux like anyway? Never seen it before. I have GNU Fedora on ISO but an trashed of formatting and loading that and then telling Digiweb I want their Linux connection. I'll have to wait ages yet for my sat conn. But I, obviously, want everything to go as smoothly as poss', once it happens. Anyone here have any experiance of ANY of the above, please? Digiweb sattelite? Linux? Modems - in Eire - for the same?
