Not sure on your model mate, but I got a cluson lazerlight and my first filter came with a flange that you had to fix in front of the main lens. The filters have a bevelled edge on them and clip inside the lip on the flange - damn tight fit. The narrow side goes in first. The whole thing makes the lamp head look about an inch longer once you have the flange attached. If it's the same as mine the filter has a hole in the middle and you yank it out of the flange by getting a finger inside it.
