victory01 11
hi I hope someone can clear this up for me. I've had a .243 on my ticket for and about a year and have been going stalking with a keeper friend of mine for about two years, the .243 was originally for fox control. what do I have to do to be able to legally stalk on my own Quote Link to post
john robbo 30
Depends on your local force. You will only find this out by asking or applying. One thing is sure you will have to have deer entered onto your ticket. Quote Link to post
martin 332
You don't need any qualifications as such, but, they are sure to ask what sort of experience you have shooting deer,so,some sort of letter from your keeper friend saying how many you have shot, and that you are safe, and, that you have permission to shoot deer on land that is suitable(which could just be a bought day)would help immensely.Just don't take no for an answer,if they do say no,ask them to put their reasons in writing to you and take it up with the Scottish Association for Country Sports, and,if not already then subscribe to them, they will soon sort it out for you.Good luck...........Martin Quote Link to post
