Guest eddie 1
hi all, i walk the dogs around some council owned fields which includes a old quarry which is grassed over the whole placed is boarded one side by a council estate and on the other farm land so this area is always busy either with dog walkers, kids playing, or field motor bikes, this area holds a couple of coveys of grey partridge which are totally wild birds there's no game shooting around here now,but what you do see a lot of are crows/rooks,magpies gulls the things are everywhere, the question is - is there any way to get rid of these things legally, or any other organisation to speak to many thanks. Jebus 3
If it's on your land and you think it's safe enough to shoot then go ahead and shoot the vermin. If it's not, ask permisison off of the land owner and explain about the covey of Grey Partridge. Remind your self of the laws regarding shooting by looking at BASC if you're in doubt.
