In the past, i allways waited, as mentioned back in the summer. I found out why my batteries in my MK 3 locator collar went so quick. I did not remove them all the time when i stored them away whilst not out ferreting. :oops: I have also been told that the Rayovac type i have, are not as long lasting as the Varta type.
