whippeter69 88
Went for a walk with the .410 yesterday after my first day at work in my new job. Iv got a job in the local gunshop and i love it there, looking at all the guns and clothing all day made me want to go out shooting, so when i finished at 3 i went home and got my kit and went shooting. Walked around the whole permission with a few woodies just out of range flying by once in a while then i walked along a hedge line from the top of a field down toward the bottom and there there's a gorse bush and a gate and just out the corner of my eye I see a rabbit hopping around out side the gorse bush, oblivious to my presence, i i lifted the .410 and pulled the trigger, and the rabbit did a short hop and was dead, one clean kill, and for a 32 yard shot i was impressed, not sure why though ha ha. Well the rabbits been gutted, skinned and washed and now im going to have her for supper maybe tomorrow night. From where i took the shot, the rabbit was sat just out side the bush, if you look just to the left of the rock, you can see it on the floor, the brown patch Whippeter Quote Link to post
