sako trg 1
i wanted .22 they granted .me .32 2 shot pistol lots of letters two hunt masters and me loads of hasel thats co durham But was it a semi auto ??? I doubt it- it would have been .32 S&W which is a rimmed revolver cartridge... why are you so interested in a semi auto pistol anyway? they probably won't grant you a semi auto unless the magazine is welded in else you would just change it for a higher capacity one if you were up to no good- plus you wouldn't be able to load the magazine from the top anyway as the rounds are not pressed in like a rifle mag, but loaded more mike a mag on a rimfire or a tikka T3- as they feed singly from the center of the magazine from a staggered or single stack depending on calibre and make, depressing the one below it and sliding it back in the magazine- looks likr the revolver is the only practical may worward, unless anyone else can shed any more light on this? DB Thanks for the reply Dane but i was already granted a semi, as i said some numpty from the MET took it upon himself to try and give the whole system a shake up and get the semi's taken away. All i needed was more examples of police forces that grant them. GMP.I have a sig sauer 232 380 auto 2 shot restricted mag for humane dispatch another lad up here has a 32ACP WALTHER PPK and another lad been granted just been granted 38/357 so in theory could get the 38ACP desert eagle,380 auto 38 super or 357 sig.my mag isnt welded in by the way Sorry to be pedantic but the desert eagle only comes in .357mag not .380acp the micro desert eagle comes in .380 and looks nothing like the original i stand corrected. point being the desert eagle in 357 mag would still be an option to the lad in GMP.and the met are being awkward Quote Link to post
