Ended up with a Weirauch HW60J / With a Hawke frontier 6-24x50, Really pleased with how it looks and feels, will be zeroing it tomorrow weather permiting. The rounds that i got are Remington Premier Magnum Rimfire (17 Gr) !! Does anybody have any experience with these that can tell me what they are like, or tips on range for zeroing as everyone that i speak to tells you something different ? Cheers Quote Link to post
raynard 0 Posted February 5, 2010 Report Share Posted February 5, 2010 in my savage ive tried most brands of bullet and found that they aii shoot well with good groups but the one i have chosen is the federal v shock 17gr ballistic tip ' for some reason i get a higher velocity with these, dont know why. As for zeroing i find dead on at 100yds seems spot on for me Quote Link to post
