iv recently bought some sealand trousers off forum member soapy,

iv payed useing paypal at the address given to me,

for some reason he hasnt recieved it,is there a way of knowing if its been transfered

to his account,also if iv sent it elsewhere by mistake can i get my money back,

Have you checked it didn't go as an echeque? Did the money definitely leave your account? You can do a chargeback.

If its come out of your account and its not in his its usually because the money is held for a couple of days (for what reason i don't know ..probably same reason as why banks take 3 working days to clear a cheque) but he should have notification that you have made a payment to him even if the cash isn't physically there

log in your account, see the details, check you funds, is it there ,have you enough spondoolis..chat with ya man. best to yas.
