Hi gang,any cod or whiting moved up the bristol channel yet ,between the bridges at old passage up to aust.

not been off for a bit so im itching now its cold,.steve

have had 3 trips up the channel in the past 2 weeks mate not a single cod or whiting couple of strap congers nothing else, on the other hand went up to chesil 2 weeks ago and mate had a 9lb cod off there. apparently there is a quite a few coming from the south coast.

 

can only hope they will start showing soon up the channel.

Thanks for the reply pal.seems they get later every year,this cold snap coming might send em up .

fishing at hinkley point by the plant only produced straps,moved on to the wall at high and was plagued by silver eels,still a bites better than nothing .

have a good xmas mate and keep at em................steve
