Differant (non terrier/lurcher) dogs helping hunt

I dont know if any people actually hunt with other dogs but my Collie sheltie mix runs like mad

and nips the rabbit out into the open for the terrier to catch.

 

I thought it would be interesting to see if any other breeds are used

 

Lad cant be off lead when the lurcher is because the lurcher runs in circles to get away and Lad cuts across the middle and bites him..

 

He also tracks VERY well for far and has BRILLIANT eye sight

I use a border collie for ferreting and for Beating, and shes had the odd green rabbit at night. shes a very versitile bitch who is very useful and def earns her place in my kennels!
