Just woke up with a start looked at the clock and realised it said 5:43...

Leapt from my nice warm comfortable bed cursing myself for overlaying, how could I get to work in 17 minutes... oh well the dogs ain't getting a walk this morning.

Ripped my jeans rushing to get em on, I get this strange feeling... which I promply ignore and carry on rushing around like an idiot.

Once again I'm overcome by this wierd thought (listen to it dummy!) 'hang on why is the clock radio not still playing to itself?'...

Bollocks - I'm on afters this week :wallbash:

Any other shift workers have this experience?

Admittedly my best performance was a saturday morning, same ritual as above - only noticed something was wrong as I drove into town and thought to myself 'not much traffic today' before realising I don't work Saturdays... That and turning up at work only to be told by colleagues 'thought you were on holiday today'!
