I think they are lofting decoys as they have an 'eye' on top to hang them from and a vane underneath. For wind or counterbalance, I'm not sure. They might be home made but they're fairly uniform so I can't tell. Can anyone identify them as a particular make ? Is there a collectors community for these sort of things ?
