The Ferret Tamer 1
Hi Ferrets are fully grown and can reproduce at 10 months. In your original post do you mean grown or mature. IMO ferrets dont mature until they are about 18months. I start them with an experienced ferret in the last few weeks of the ferreting season, just to let them have a scout around the warrens, then put them away until September. I find them keen to go, but remember patience is a virtue. FT Quote Link to post
Guest jass
dont talk sh*t theres no way a ferrets fully grown at 6months there bout a year to 18 month before ther fully grown and 2nd season before there mature. enter them into nice easy sets first winter to get there confidence up then next winter work them hard n see how good they are.
