hey all. my 1 year old spaniel bitch has a ball of fur behind each ear. i have brushed it with a comb to try and get it unknoted but with no sucsess. i do not wish to cut it with a scissors as there is skin there where the fur is and it is hard to tell where the skin is. any tips?

YOU SHOULD HAVE GONE TO SPEC SAVERS! :good::clapper:

Seriously mate, wet it and rub in a bit of shampoo or conditioner, then work it around in your fingers and gently tease the fur apart, this isn't a joke by the way!

This works well, and I never charge for serious advice! B)
