i live in nottingham and there is a growing problem with foxes i just wondering what is the law when it comes to catching them in my back garden

i would use a live trap just incase someones cat got caught lol( fukin cat there just as bad )

and then i would go and release the fox in the woods with no harm done :diablo:

you have to have a reason to do it in your garden or on any land.........there was a case a few years ago of a guy shooting starlings off his bird table while feeding the birds...........so if you have chickens or a pet rabbit etc you'll have an excuse or lots of shit digging etc!!! just be ready with a good reason other than i don't like them....lol

most city foxes have never seen a rabbit, or eaten anything other than scraps from bins & left overs ect. so if released into the wild they would struggle to feed them selves & possibly starve, so either catch & kill or leave alone :good:

Very good point, and if you do trap them you HAVE to kill them by law. :good:

This doesnt suprise me in the slightest, the media will try anything to get a story, thats why we have to all be aware of whats going on about us, what might seem like a freindly fella asking for some advise or whatever could realy be your enemy trying to get you to say something that you would not normaly say.

Be carefull out there ;)
