You can buy premixed ballast in small 25kg bags or half tonne bags or one tonne bags.Just add cement and water.
To calculate amount you need multiply length x width x depth,sq m of concrete.
Merchant can then tell you how much ballast you need.

And watch it don't snap ... Heard of a couple of l200 with the crank bolt snapping lol
ye i know someone who had to drill the bolt out,my luck the thing will snap off.

Thought id share my experience of having a 1to 1 chat with a hunt sab. So this week whilst out at work i met a hunt sab, and threw a few questions at him. Why are you a sab? What do you feel you gain from being a sab? Why do you feel its your duty to sab hunting activities? ................. all i got was its cruel!!!!!! Well in all my time, i thought i would of got a good solid in depth answer, must of took him ages to think of this answer.
best of all he eats meat, has no clue how the animal is despatched, has never spent time in the countryside unless hes being a pest to hunters, and has no clue to the real reason and / or has no understanding of hunting, the countryside or how things work.
To me this just clarifys how uneducated, single minded and moronic these people are. Dont get me wrong, i believe everyone has a right to there own opinion, but do not interfere in something that, realisticaly you have no idea about.
P.S to all sabs, you do your thing, and let us go about our business.

Do what we all have to do keep knocking on doors and ask. You will get knocked back alot of times but you could get lucky.

I use Black Gold 28g 8's which are absolutely awesome! However I ran out the other day after having far to many goes on a pool shoot!
A friend I went with sold me 250 Express Power Red 27g 7.5's they still travel 1500 fps and only cost £160 per 1000! Whereas the black gold are about £250 or more.
I have also heard good things about the eley super fast cartridges again around the £150 per 1000 mark
Why are you paying so much for the black gold when others are just as good but cheaper??

I have an L200 33mpg 70-
no problem very good off road as iv'e just been around Kirton off road centre with only one glitch. Could not believe what it can actually get up and over. If you get a 4x4 you got to go to Kirton. -
