Okay Thanks but i've read that you need a 7ft lb to make a clean shot on a rabbit and the two im looking at put out roughly 9.5ft lb, so why would it be bad to shoot a rabbit?

Hi In my local gun shop they currently have two air rifles in my price range, i'm a beginner so didn't want anything too expensive. The xs78 is in .177 whilst the qb78 is in. 22. What would be best for target shooting and the occasional rabbit hunting, i want something that is versatile. Cheers.
