im new here,
im john 32 from manchester but now newcastle,
im just looking for a bit of advice regarding wild camping,
im a serving soldier and currently stationed in germany, so to that end, every minute i get to spend with my kids when im home is precious to me,
basically i want to take my 8 yr old son and 7 yr old daughter camping for maybe 2 nights, somewhere within an hour of newcastle,
i want to put up a tent with them light a fire (contained) cook and go for a short wonder round, i would also like to have my vehicle close to the site (landrover)
