  1. Short answer...I got it for free. I am new to air rifles in general and chuffed how this project is going ready for the grease and rebuild once I got the spares I need. Found a guide with damper for webley but costing £22 and just while I am asking do you guys grease your guides heavily? The spring guide it came with was drenched in it. Cheers for all the help Ben.
  2. Totally agree not much for the tracker/ osprey on the parts sites I have found, would other webley spring guides do the trick? Think I have seen a couple for the tomahawk. Thanks for the info, Ben.
  3. Managed to get past this problem reassembled and it is working fine now except the spring guide was broken inside what and where can I get a good spring guide for the tracker?
  4. Hi guys, I have recently obtained a Webley tracker .22 of my friend as it was broke and I am currently becoming an engineer and hope to learn more about gunsmithing / weapons engineering. I have followed the manual for stripping the rifle, on part 2 it says "push free end of the auxiliary lever into the round slot at end of the body tube." I cannot seem to release the auxiliary lever through this hole, I have even taken the fulcrum pin and clip out so the loading lever is disconnected from the auxiliary lever but it still wont disconnect from the gun. Thanks for your time reading. Be
