    My father in law has just had a litter come on Friday. Very well bred half cross x half cross. Both parents top workers. I'm having a pup. A few others have already been placed and there a few left.

    I need a hardy bushing dog to flush out rabbits to my lurcher and foxes to the gun. The ground im running is very thick cover with lots of brambles. Any advice on breed or cross to go for will be much appreciated guys. Cheers John bolt

    Hi mate I'm in the London area. I'm a new hunter looking to tag along to be honest with you. Had terriers and bulls most my life but looking into a lurcher in the spring. Be glad to come for a mooch about with you,understand if not what your looking for. Cheers John

    Thanks for the advice and understand its hard to get trusted by guys. Well a bit about myself,I'm a builder from Surrey aged 32. Used to do a lot of ratting as a kid on my mates farm with my terriers,had Russell's and bull types. Got 2 Russell's at the moment. Have done quite a bit of shooting,pheasants and clay but much prefer the dogs. My missis family have kept lurchers for many years bull x's of late have been getting out with them but bit far from where I live. Going to get a bull x in the spring,i know a strong dog for first lurcher but kept strong dogs my whole life and got some help fr

    Hi everyone,just getting into lurchers after many years of interest having always kept terriers and bull breeds. Was wondering if many other hunters in my local area Surrey/Sussex borders? Seem to be bit thin on the ground round here. Cheers

    Thanks guys. Not sure if taking a liberty asking sorry if I am but any of you guys in Surrey be happy for a newbie to tag along sometime so can watch and learn? Been doing a bit with a friend but he lives quite far away so can't make it that often with him. Want to get as much in as I can before I get a pup. Cheers

    Hi all just starting out with lurchers. I've kept terriers in the past for ratting and bit of bushing. Looking to get a lurcher pup in the spring. Any advice greatly appreciated! Living in surry area cheers fella's. JB
