hi all i have a 6 month old ferret and was wondering what the age was that the first come on heat. and also how long can the be on heat before the decide to kick the bucket??? thanks

hi every one just was offered a nother ferret (male) and he is the same age as my little 5 month old one. Should i get it. or do i just get her desexed. is it too much trouble to breed them and do the still ferret properly once they are pregnant, or desexed as a female. the only catch to the thing was that it will cost me $50 dollars (AU that is) bit of a rip off if you ask me. HELP!!!!

Hi this is my first time i have posted so go easy on me. now down to buisness. i have 1 ferret she's white with grey back and black eyes. i would like to know the time that she should take down a warren, and i know that it depends how big that the burrow is but i mean like 5 minutes or 2 hours. HOW LONG IS IT BEFORE I SHOULD START TO GET WORRIED??? and also she has been down about 7 sets of durrows but every time she only manages to bring up 1 rabbit IF THAT?? what can i do to improve that or is she just practicing??? she is only about 5 months old but she is my first ferret
