Ha ha, maybe I should try listen on headphones before uploading
It is a "last bite" tradition quite popular on continent. You honour shot quarry with a "last bite" that you put in boar's or deer's mouth, the second branch is called "a seal" (dont know if that's correct translation...) that goes on to the wound to mark shot placement and the third lightly dipped in blood is called "ownership branch" that you tuck onto your hat.
This is more common on driven hunts where all hunters gather after each drive and can see what has been shot, who was successful and see shot placement etc.
This is what we do and what my dad shown me when I was a boy and I continue tradition..
