Thanks very much Dave, that cleared it up for me, went to see the two I was talking about and they came straight over to the hutch door as soon as I opened it and I picked them up no problem, they didn't seem bothered at all so I'm picking them up Sunday. Just need to get a few things in after work tomorrow. I was a bit concerned on the state of their hutch right enough....didn't look like it had been cleaned out in a while.

So, i have just prepared a new hutch and run for a couple ferrets for working use. however the chap i was ment to get ferrets from has just informed me that due to him working away the ferrets are no longer used to being handled, this leads me to my first question..... are they still worth getting or would i be better off finding a couple from elsewhere? i used to do a lot of ferreting when i was younger with a friend and his dad but never owned my own, which leads me to my second question..... if all ferrets are neutered (jills & hobs)should they be ok to be kept in the same hutch or
