Hi, Names Jack and I'm 20. I have a 10month old jack Russell x Parson terrier bitch. Would love to take her ratting and get some experience with the other dogs. Iv never been myself and been itching to go for a long while! I go shooting with the local gamekeeper, I also have ferrets which I work when I can. All the farms local to me tend to use poison as the only method for controlling the rats. Although it is much less fun! My question is, would there be anyone on this forum who would consider taking me out (with or without my dog) just to get some experience an to have a good

Hi, New to this forum, although I have read various posts about hunting ect. on here. I live in Stansted, Essex. I go shooting with a local gamekeeper on our local farm, have ferrets which I work when I can (if there's any rabbits about!) I also have a 10month old jack russell x parson terrier bitch. The local farms used to use there dogs for ratting and controlling them, but everyone seems to use poison, in my area anyway. I was wondering if there is anyone on here, or knows of anyone who does ratting? As I would love to get involved with ratting and my dog also! I have no prob
