thanks for the advise but the guards in this town are a law on to them selfs and while asking a solictor he,d have 1 eye on me and the other on my wallet and no room for another cabnit.

Hey there everyone, Iv been shooting for many years and have built up a nice collection of guns including an old and very tired shotgun.I need to make room in the gun cabnit for a new addition so instead of selling the shotgun which is worth little or nothing Im thinking of making the barrel shorter.My question is can this be done and what lenth is within Irish law(ROI).
