  1. If you leave the filter tower on it is just an other expence when you need to change the scrubbers inside, I've not had a problem with my Falcon in 6 years of charging in this way, then again it has never had a visual or hydraulic test so god only knows what it is like inside the pressure chamber. also I have never seen a stirup pump with a filter , but then again I've not been looking.
  2. If shooting as a group, all club together and buy your own compressor on ebay, you will get a good one for under a grand, remove the scrubber tower and blank it off, as this is only required to remove moisture from breathing air, no more visual and hydraulic tests and no more 4 pound air fills, you can save a fortune.
