de barking devocalisation of dogs is it legal and if so where, I have 4 dogs ( which i rescued) and now I can see why the previous owner had problems with them. Im now having complaints from neighbours, can anyone help of advise? I do not have the money to move into the country and I dont want to re home my dogs , help. Im in scotland but willing to travel to Ireland
