  1. Having just taken possession of a new .17 Hornet rifle, I intend to reload the ammunition. I've managed to get a set of dies and some bullets (20gr Vmax) but not too sure what powder to use. I have a tub of Lilgun which is used for my .22 Hornet, but reading up on the .17 Hornet, it seems that Lilgun may not be the best for it. Suggestions are Viht N120 or H110. Does anyone reload this calibre, and if so, what do they use? I don't want to spend money on a tub of powder and find that it's not that suitable. Steve.
  2. Yes, they are all shot, with calibers like the .375 H&H. PM sent.
  3. The above DVD is original and is in mint condition. It features 14 hunts using various large caliber rifles. Animals taken are a massive Hippo, huge Lion, and also Sitatunga, Lechwe, Black Lechwe, Wilderbeest, Cape Buffalo, Puku, Warthog, Crocodile and more. Excellent viewing. This DVD has been viewed once, and has not been copied. Cost £32, will sell for £19.00 inc pp.
  4. Doing well (now) just got over a chest infection that stopped me in my tracks for a few days. How's thing's with you mate? Steve.
  5. Hi. My name is Steve. I have been shooting since an early age (now aged 53) and have had many years experience with various caliber handguns (when they were legal!)and shotguns/rifles. My main shooting interests are vermin control (anything from a rat to a deer) I enjoy fox shooting, also crow and pigeon. Regards Steve.
