  1. Not too worried about the breeding myself, bought a sprocker pup, working parents and farm reared, bushes rabbits very well at 10 months old, might do the odd day beating this year, mad as they come but listens well and paid £75. Spending loads of money doesn't mean anything

  2. Must admit i didnt think 100 plus could be done,Yet its been done at least twice this season hope i never get one good enough to do it,It sounds like bloody hard work 2 of those ruck sacks id jack :icon_redface:

Difference is is that the first bloke who did it was telling the truth, this blokes full of shit

  3. We had a German shepherd dog near to us that had a reputation for attacking other dogs, always left to roam, the owners had no control of it probably never knew where it was, after attacking my spaniel and mentally ruining the pup it then went on to attack a farmers sheepdog bitch to which he shot it on his yard, best thing that could of happened to that dog,no dog deserves that

  4. The small pack i used to hunt with which ran 6 couple of beagles and 3 russells always did well on foxes, most Sundays they'd run foxes to ground which we would either dig out or just let them bolt out to the lurchers or guns. Probably haven't got the stamina of a foxhound but always did just aswell plus they'd catch a fox and dispatch it well compared to some hounds i've seen. Not a record beating score but we would have around the 100 mark most seasons

  5. if you have the balls and the brass you should try some real big cartridges i recently shot a fox at about 30m with a remington 3 1/2" 00 buckshot 65g now they kick like f**k and when i went up the slope where the fox was sitting i thought id missed but my son found the fox at the bottom of the slope under a bush with no front legs and 1 hell of a whole in its chest probably not the best cartridge for fox with there only being 18 pellets in there but it only needs 1 for mr fox

I also use them cartridges in my semi auto, like you said there a bit rough on fox but the whole point is to take it down and not be peppered by some 30g 6. Expensive cartridges though

  6. No offence to anyone but the lads being honest about the bitch,if there is someone interested in the bitch then they know what she is and what she's not. I had a bull x turn to sheep and the electric collar cured him,not everyone's cup of tea the collar but worked on this dog, sheep scare the shit out of him now but the dogs had a serious amount of quarry, could of been a very good dog wasted if id of done what alot of people would have done and pts
