For Sale Mtc Viper 10X44 Ir For Sale
Ferret Andy replied to Ferret Andy's topic in Optics and Night Vision
Reduced to £105 including special delivery before I stick it on eBay..... Thanks, Andy. -
Hello. Im wanting to sell my MTC Viper 10x44 ir SCB reticle. Iv had this for about 10 months or so but if I'm honest its had very little use. The only reason im selling is that I just can't get on with the reticle. The scope is in very good condition and holds zero perfectly. The only issue with the scope is that it would appear iv left the illuminated reticle on and the battery is now flat. The scope will come In the original box with all the stuff it would come with new. Also I will include the 30mm sports match mounts in the pictures, as I purchased them for this scope and it's repla

Hi all, As some of you may know if you've read my other thread that I am currently waiting for my new Daystate Huntsman to arrive. It's only been a week and I seriously can not wait!! Basically iv been lucky enough to sell a few bits on eBay and a bit of saving here and there and iv got enough for a decent scope to put on it as well. I currently own a MTC viper but if I'm honest I find the scb reticle a tad cluttered and distracting. Iv got around £500 if I need it to spend on a top notch scope. I know a lot will think its crazy to spend that amount but iv always been told to spend

Thanks for the replies, and thank you very much Acuspell for the amazingly kind offer! Unfortunately its a little far for me to travel as i am about as far South-East as you can go without being in the sea lol. I have been in touch with my local stockist today and they have a couple in .22 i can go and have a look at and reckon its not a problem getting a .20 from daystate. Bring on saturday morning -

Thanks for the reply. Funnily enough I read an article in sporting shooter (July I think?) that explained about the barrels and how Ben Taylor sold 23 of them to daystate (originally designed to be used in the rapid). Apparently Blackpool air rifles then purchased half of the .20 huntsmans available and the one being reviewed was there last one. Apparently the Walter barrels are nowhere near as good and on daystates website it only says its available in .177 or .22 now hmmmmmmm -

Thank you so much for the replies. Such a lovely looking gun! Interesting that you mention the rapid, i have thought alot about a rapid too as a 'bullet proof' gun with a high shot count, but for ME PERSONALLY the rapid and other guns with the larger 'buddy bottle' type arrangement just don't look right. Also shout count isnt a huge concern as i do % of my shooting from my Navara, where i keep a 3ltr bottle Acuspell, which silencer have you gone for in the picture? I have always seen them available for .177 and .22 but never for .20? Thanks, Andy. -

Thanks for the reply. Sorry i should have mentioned its for hunting. I also have a MTC viper so find that very interesting. Iv always thought that the .22 is better for hunting with its greater size and weight, but thought that .20 might be a great alternative? Thanks, Andy. -
Hi all. Not to long ago i purchased a new Flacon Prairie BM. Although being a super accurate, whisper quiet and well balanced rifle, i fancy a change. - Possibly me rushing into bying it. Iv been doing alot of research and looking at alot of different rifles on the internet aswell as a few trips to my local gun shop. Theres one particular rifle that really stands out to me, and that is the Daystate Huntsman. The fact it has the looks of a much bigger rifle is a real plus for me. Unfortunately my local gun shop dosnt stock them and the nearest place that does in an hour away. No

Hi all... Got out with the falcon on the sheep farm the other day. Had a good mooch round and managed 7 rabbits in total and 1 magpie. Pic doesn't include them all as they started to get heavy and ended up in the back of the truck. Anyway's it was the first outing on live quarry with the Falcon after doing alot of paper punching to get used to it. Was very happy with the results as they were all head shots and 2 of the rabbits were at the 40-45 yard mark. Thanks, Andy.

Ok mate, thanks, and good luck with the sale. Andy.

Hello mate, i live in kent also and would be very interested in buying the bottle off you if you were interested in selling on its own? Send me a PM if you are. Thanks, Andy.

Its really not as long as it looks in the picture. The silencer does add a good 200mm to it though. The silencer is a custom made one that i had made by a guy on another forum. I honestly cant praise it enough! The quietest silencer i have used by a long way! I know its not to everyone's taste being silver, but i hope to get a neoprene cover for it at some point. -

Thanks for the reply's. Its no longer than the S16 was really, but seems to be much, much lighter! The silencer is a bit shiny really, but i honestly cant believe how quiet it makes it, like you really cant hear it. I was looking at the neoprene cover that Garlands make for the T8 Mod, sounds like it will fit nicely -

Ps. Sorry for what looks like my mate having a piss behind the shooting bench! -
Hi all... Iv been a member on here for a while now but to be honest, spend more time reading than posting. I do alot of ferreting on my permissions as well as decoying the pigeons with shotgun, and lamping rabbits with the hushpowered mossy .410. One of my permissions is a sheep farm and the owner is not overly keen with shotguns being used. I sore this as an opportunity to purchase a new toy in the form of an air rifle. I originally went out and got an s16 but to be honest with you, i didnt get on with it. Off to the local shop for a trade in! After shouldering a few guns there was one i

Hi all im after a mk1 Rapid in sub 12ft/lb. Not to fussed on calibre but would prefer .22. Im in the Kent area of England for face to face, or i am happy for it to be posted to me. Scope not needed, just gun and mag(s) Not to fussed if its a bit ruff around the edges as it will be used as an out and out hunting rifle but has to be in 100% working condition. Cash waiting. Thanks, Andy.

Now sold to hily!

Hi All.... Just to clarify i want to sell my range finder. Its the 400 model and is practically brand new! I purchased it a couple of weeks ago and have only used it once to set up my range. It really is in "as new" condition still in original box and packaging. I paid 110 pounds for this from my local gun shop so i think asking 70 pounds posted is a bargain! All the best, Andy.

Swap Hawke 400 laser range finder.

If someone wants to buy this instead of doing a deal on a 3L Dive bottle, i would take 75 pounds for it including Royal Mail special delivery
