You can use the Noramectin or Ivermectin, But it is best used along with an antibiotic. You can go on line to any pet supply under the Fish section and order antibiotics without a prescription. Amoxicillan works very well with the mectin lines.
Now if you want a home remedy you can use Borax, peroxcide and water. You mix 2/3 borax to 1/3 each water and peroxcide. Then you can make a little thicker paste for the real bad spots.
