Hi,
Not sure what section this should be in, but:
I am looking for a blank firer for dog training, but legislation has me beaten.
It would appear you can't buy new a blank firer unless it's brightly coloured and you can own but not sell one that is not ?
Therefore can I buy a second hand non brightly coloured one, or not, or does it need to be gifted etc.
Any clear advice most welcome.

i have greenfinch, great tits,jays,magies, varoius hawks,eagles and owls, badgers, foxs, coyotes. ferrets.mink,blackbirds,stoats, snipe, phesant,partridge but sadly no canaryslong shot but if anyones selling ---

Here is a hypothetical question for you.
You are cleaning the hypothetical rabbits and the pigeon in your front garden, keeps the fleas from the dogs and the dogs from the rabbits! You hear a mass of cooing and flapping and observe two hypothetical wood pigeons fighting for the seat of supremacy on top of a hypothetical telegraph pole. it is just gone 7am, nobody about. The telegraph pole is in the front garden of the old dear you supply with pigeon pies (she does love pigeon pie). The hypothetical shot if you took it would be parallel to the road and this thing is sat on top of the pole cooing in triumph. Your gun is inside awaiting its cleaning with Legia after use yesterday.
Do you take the shot?

Right just to clarify, info that has been passed on proves if our friend, same number used in the oly saga..
the rifle was swapped for a r10 on gunstar, the obtainer name, was Dan Barr..

I think, and it is my personal opinion that you need to let this now lay, and not make a career of it, why ?
Because you are, in my opinion getting or exceeding the anti harassment laws, as to whether I agree or disagree with such is irrelevant, but I think you need to be carefull.
There are laws against stalking and harassment, regardless of the reasons.
As I say I am not passing judgement either way, but I would hate to see innocent parties losing out and falling foul of the law, be it an ass or not.

if someone now turned up with several pit bulls uncontrolled that attacked my dogs they would be full of lead.
Sorry but you need to control your dogs.....end of. Attacking stock (lambs) or dogs is simply not acceptable.
Control your dogs or lose them, I had a £3300 bill under similar circumstances the culprits vew, ' I cannot control my dogs all the time'....

Hi,
I am having a cabinet clear out, so for sale/trade are:
12g Browning Gold Hunter semi auto SGC required
20g Browning Gold Hunter semi auto SGC required
20g Browning Medallist o/u SGC required
All guns in very good condition and all are multichokes complete with chokes.
Also a Poly Choke in invector plus 12g fits the Brownin Gold.
Sell or possibly trade quality shotgun/air rifle, need to cut numbers and give some space up.

I have just found what I believe is an S200 Target cylinder in amongst a large collection of spares i.e the one with a gauge on. What model S200 do thes efit before I advertise it please ?
