Evening, just had the beddy/whippet out for a run with the mothers westy and the b*****d thing has bitten my dog!! The bite isn't open, just a 2 inch chunk of fur missing and grazed....is there anything I can put on it to prevent any infection/clean it?? Any help would be great.cheers

evening all, what are the best supplements to be giving a dog thats out working 3 times a week and having long walks everyday?? heard cod liver oil is good?? cheers

itl never get lifted, way too many anti's and bent mp's looking down on us as tho we are all thieves and animal haters for it ever to be lfted.the sentences they are giving out are a joke! driving bans, big fines and losing your dog!? yet i could go steal a car and prob get off with a slapped wrist....bad times!

hi, ive got an old coleman night sight but cant find any filters for it....its 170mm so was wondering if a tracer 170 filter would fit?? also is anyone using green filters?? what are they best used on?? cheers

I use DrJohns working dog mix with whatever raw/cooked meat I can get, they get a egg everynow and then too
she gets the odd raw egg aswel this little dog will be turning out like a body builder with all this + supplements haha

Garlic keeps the bugs away ticks flees etc and also good for the blood well that's what my vet told me
had a nightmare with ticks this year so think il try her on the garlic, that along with minced chicken/rabbit + a decent mixer biscuit.thanks for the help

i know of a few people that give there dogs pasta and supliments such as codliver oil.dose that help with them running alot?
i supplement mine with pure horse codliver oil ,i cap twice a week good for coat ,joints ,bones and i,m sure it does alot a more
think il try that aswel.why do a few people put garlic in aswel? worth doing?

My beddy x 3/4 whippet 1/4 greyhound bitch. Just turned 15 months today. Only 18 1/4" tts. Doing well so far is marking, had a few daytime rabbits and a few on lamp. Hunts up and works cover very happy with her. Will be a ferreting dog mainly.

looks like ive got a midget dog as shes the smallest ive seen im out ferreting sunday with her, ill try and get a video of her working. atb gary

shes getting there now mate, was abit slow to start with but shes lightning now.pleased i stuck it out with her now.how you doing with yours? how high tts is yours? shes 1 of the smoothest out of the litter.

just got back from a run out with the dog and noticed shes got a fairly deep slice on one of the pads on her rear foot. ive cleaned it with salt water and im going to put an antiseptic powder i always use on her on the cut, is it worth bandaging her foot to stop any muck getting into it?? any other advice would be much appreciated, cheers gary
