Stolen from my car outside the greyhound kennels I work at, in nestledown complex, Eastbourne road, blindley Heath, near lingfield surrey, she was in a cage in my car with 2 other lurchers who were left, she is about 24/25 inches white feathered pale fawn ears big chested striking looking bitch

its not in the same part as last time, they now have a big area to hold the coursing, booking in at 9am starting when the first card filled then racing afterwards

October 13th & 14th, Robinhood Game & Country Fair at Newark showground, Notts, NG24 2NY. The coursing crew will be running all lurcher & terrier events over the weekend. All racing events to take place in the mornings. Entries from 9am to start as soon as first card is full. Lurcher & terrier show to start at 1pm approx, ringside parking. Sunday qualifier for Countryman's Weekly champion of champions 2013 at the midland game fair for lurchers & terriers. Enquiries call paddy on 07737765999.

Entries for the Simulated coursing will be from 8.30am to start when first card full, straight racing under 21" charity race (proceeds to East Midland Dog Rescue) 23" & under , over 23", puppies & terriers. The Coursing Crew show report for the Midland Game fair.
The weather was on our side all weekend, the turnout was high and the standard of dogs that went through the rings and over the start and finish line during the weekend.
As always we began the days events with the field events
Simulated coursing the champion of which was Mrs Rodgerson's "BARLEY" with Mr and Mrs Browns " BRYN" as reserve.
The hurdles champion was S Thomas's "GEORGE" with Mrs Rodgerson's "JIGSAW" reserve.
In the straight racing The Lou Fowler Memorial under 21" was won by C Weavers "GERT" with S Thomas's "PEBBLES" coming reserve, 23"
Under 1st H Hulland "LYRIC", 2nd P Fowler's "WALTER" and 3rd C Masters "LF JIMMY",
Over 23 " 1st P Slater's "CRACKER", 2nd R Hollier's "ZOOMA" and 3rd N Browns "TANK",
Puppy racing 1st M Merrin's "DAPPY", 2nd Mr Brown's "EVE", 3rd A Taylor's "FERN"
Whippet racing 1st K Mallon's "STIG, 2nd J Payne's "PIPPA", 3rd B Ridgeway's "BRIN",
Terrier racing 1st A Well's "ZAC", 2nd D Hurst's "CHESTER", 3rd I Fisher's "GYP",
The Open lurcher show began at 10am with 3 seperate rings, our lurcher judges were, A Pritchard from Shropshire, S Doble from Somerset and A Wilde from Middlesex,
Lurcher Puppy Champion was E Brown's "EVE" with A Perry's "DANAN" reserve
The lurcher champion was C Bryce's "ROXY" and reserve A Wood's "FREYA",
The afternoons Countryman's Weekly Champion of Champion saw J Whiteman from Sussex and D Davis fromShropshire Officiating for the lurchers,
The title of Countryman's Weekly Champion of Champions 2012 went to L Flatman's "KIZZY", Reserve was V Grocock's "LOGAN",3rd R Powell "BELLE", 4th C Raybold's "FERN"
Sunday morning again started with the field events

This years COUNTRYMAN CHALLENGE TROPHY was awarded to C Master's "LF JIMMY" and Reserve P Slater's "CRACKER",
The Open Terrier show began at 10 am with judges G Burnhill and D Kemish both from somerset
Champion Puppy was K Allen's "SID" and reserve S Pearce's "DILLY"
champion Terrier was I Church's "BECKY" and M Hulme's "FORREST" as Reserve,
The Countrymans Weekly Champion of Champion's 2012 went to L Clew's "BANNER" and reserve I Church's "TYKE", 3rd M Hulme's "DODGE", 4th A Brewer's "BERTIE"
We raised £53 for the East Midlands Dog Rescue with the charity racing over 2 days thank you,
The coursing crew would like to extend their thanks to all the judges over the weekend for their sterling work. The competitors for their continued support and great sportsmanship, The Countrymans Weekly for their help, hard work and dedication to the lurcher and terrrier fraternity,

Last chance to qualify for the afternoons Countryman's Weekly Champion of Champions for TERRIERS 2pm start. Booking in for all qualified dogs between 11am & 1pm on their respective days. Selby Game Fair, Carlton towers, yorkshire, DN14 9LU. April 6th. 7th, 8th & 9th. The Coursing Crew will be running all lurcher events over the four days. Simulated coursing, hurdles, straight racing charity under 21", 23" & under, over 23", puppies & terriers. Entries taken from 9am to start when first card is full. Winners presentation approx 12.45pm Lurcher show to start approx 1pm. Ringside parking. Winners of the lurcher show on all four days plus two winners from Shugborough will go head to head for Selby Game Fairs supreme lurcher champion after the main show on Bank Holiday Monday. Also as a one off The Cousing Crew would be very grateful if anyone could donate something for a special raffle, all procedes to go to the East Midlands Dog rescue, tickets will be available from friday to sunday and then the draw will take place sunday afternoon at 3pm

Your not wrong!!! We left Sussex in what seemed a heat wave and me laughing at the kids for wearing jumpers only to arrive at mount detling in freezing fog and a bracing wind.
I had to dig out and old work jumper of the van and the kids laughed at me haha
turnt up in shorts and a t shirt had to buy a coat FREEZING we had to wait for the bull class no 17 :laugh:
certainly different to sat then sunny all day i even got a sunburnt face

The Animal Welfare Act 2006 prohibits the exhibiting of any dogs docked on or after April 6th 2007 at events where the general public are admitted upon payment of a fee, except for the purpose of demonstrating their working ability. The purpose of this show is to individually assess and demonstrate to the public each dog's physical suitability to perform it's role as a working terrier hunting below ground.

The main thing is she is back a lot of people moved heaven and earth to get her back, and I can't thank them enough
