Hi I wonder if anyone can advise? I recently bought a good looking side by side 12 bore shotgun with 'Damascus Barrels',(whatever they are) on the top of the barrels was the inscription TC Austin, 26 High Street, Fareham. serial number 25896. The gun has engraving of a dog chased a pheasant on the side, is it English or is TC Austin just the retailer and if so how can i find out where the gun was made? Thanks in advance for any help.
