    The same kind that wants to shoot pretend soldiers all day! atleast they shoot back which makes them kind of games more fun real hunting is fun i carnt imagin trying to spot rabbits on my computer to be that great but then i might aswell try it if they do make it Have you tried any hunting games out there already? Deer hunter 2005 is quite good and realistic.

    Hi Guys I am going out on my first ever stalk this weekend in Glen Lyon Perthshire and I'm getting slightly nervous about the weather Beyond the obvious hat, gloves and coat is ther any kit I should be taking and am i mad for going or wet for worrying?

    Damn right you will. And anybody that contributes now on the forum will get better starting kit for their character as well

    Not yet but if you want to lobby for them on the forums the designers may put them in. We are still mulling over what to do with animals we are thinking of using ferrets when rabbit hunting and I'm pretty keen on having a gun dog help you with fowl. A lot of the design focus has been on what they do stateside as it will be a bigger market and they dont use dogs so much.

    I guess it depends on whether you like computer games or not. I think it will be a good advert for the real thing as well - it has got me hunting. A lot will also depend on how realistic a simulation it is which is why feedback will be needed on the forum from folk with real experience. And extra research eill help ...we are starting out on Deer in Glen Lyon in a couple of weeks, we will also try and a trip over the pond to have a pop at some bear and whitetail. It's a hard life...

    Hi There I'm fairly new to country pursuits my parents were farmers in Scotland but I'm a confirmed townie living south of the border I'm afraid. I have done a bit of clay shooting and fishing and having been in the TA I know the right end of the bang stick but not done anything too serious yet. My first deer stalk and fox hunt (with hounds and rifles) will be in a couple of weeks time. I'm going on it for fun but principly as research for a new computer game we are making. I'm not sure if anyone is into these types of games but here is the press release for your information. We hope
