re the bassing not a good year this year weather a bit iffy i fish the mud flats at low tide walking back as the tide comes in useing rag and peeler crab had some good bass and flounder fishing this way. my bass set up is a old 10ft penn procession bass rod casting 2-4oz with a abu mag elite. my best bass to date woz 6lb 10oz caught in about 2ft of water and yes caught and released into my deep fat fryer yummy kill it cook it eat it old hat done that for years..
