We too have been conned. I would go further and say it was deliberate fraud in my humble opinion. We purchased a special SHOW OFFER at the Game Fair in September. A double kennel, insulated and lined. Delivery in two weeks. We paid in full (unfortunately with a debit card so we can't get anything back). Needless to say, fortnight came and went - no delivery. My partner rang them every day, he spoke to Rob (The Marketing chap who sold us the kennel at the show), various staff members, a female partner in the business etc He was told delivery schedules were done on a Fri
