In August '08 we 50% paid for a dog kennel from www.countrywidekennels.co.uk in the midlands. There was a bit of mix up with the payment and we ended up sending the other 50%. Meaning they have had full payment of approx £800.
They promised us days of delivery, my family and myself have booked time off work and all sorts and we still have not received anything - its now November '08! Spoke to a Rob [someone] who is full of shit and the receptionist was a mouthy cow.
