well [bANNED TEXT] a good dog is a 1 that stays n stays till dug 2 n u can atleast get 2 the qaurry n its not 6 foot away! so u cnt get 2 it! so if a dog stays n u like digging 2 it n u think its a good dog than it is! This t**t spends more time on the computer then he does with his dogs. Wouldnt listen to any of his words of wisdom! For a start the only decent dog hes got is his lurcher that he dont no how to work. The borders crap i know that because my mate used to own it! Its good the dog dont work though to be fair this arse licker would probably lose a good dog that didnt come out when hed give up digging!!!!!!!! cheers mate iv been told to put em under a lamp then after a week or two move it up a bit and keep moving it up till they dont need it . what sort of lamp do i need or just any old heat lamp and a red bulb ?
Id get a ceramic 1 mate they give off the heat better and they dont throw off any light whitch is actually better for your pups i know a thew terrier lads that use them alot better

She has bolted and bushed a lot of foxes. I have dug a few things with her but i like to keep her as a bushing /bolting with the occasional dig thrown in. there is alot of blokes on this site that have seen the bitch work and im sure they will all vouch for her she is also in the breaking through book after a nice dig im holding her infront of a qaud. As for the dog i have not got any pics as i do not own him but the breeding of him is outstanding and he works to a high standard aswell below ground all the evidence of his breeding is in the book. I want 200 hundred a pup and there is two bitches and a dog left the bitches are the white one and the small one to the left of the others the other two are dogs they have got good strong heads and are already showing to be as bold as there parents grand parents and great grand parents. I think this is the only litter bred from that line for a good while so its an opportunity not to be missed. I WONT BE LETTING THEM GO TO JUST ANY BODY.

im not one to judge a dog but i agree that every person i see with a bullx is young lads that just want the dogs to go out and bash fox and the deer. dont get me wrong i have nothing against these dogs but if im not mistaken isnt it banned now to do that what these dogs are mainly for. i mean if you were to just go after the legal quarry in this country i know you dont need these big hefty dogs to do the job thats just my opinion dont like it then tough

When I first started out out with lurchers a dog was valued for its pot filling abilities. A dog that could take the full spectrum of fur and feather was considered the ultimate working companion.
Nowadays the ultimate lurcher is seen as the most macho looking bullcross that can soak up punishment and slaughter foxes night after night and never get sickened.
The old quotation: "The unspeakable in pursuit of the uneatable."comes to mind.
We've lost our way a little. Give me a dog that can put meat on the table rather than a fighting dog/ running dog hybrid anytime.
Personally I'm sick to death of 16 year old morons posting sicko photos of their fox catches with dogs that would be better served hunting lions or some other larger game. The bull cross has done nothing for the general lurcher owner other than give us a bad name. Discuss.

I disagree with you completely a smart racey 3/4 bred bullx is the perfect pot filling lurcher if it come to the crunch id say a man with a bull x could fill his freezer with every type of edible protein our country has to offer! I would say judging by the amount of bull x at game fairs they would be the most popular lurcher in the country. A real dog man respects every dog thats got the heart to work! theres so many arseholes on this forum its unreal! I havent been on this site for ages for that reason! If were on the subject of bull crosses being good allrounders i have got a 7 year old dog that is amazing he would take all pre ban legal qaurry single handed and do it well to the point were a couple of lads on the site were working him before i got him and he was retrieving foxes after he had coursed and killed them single handed. hed jump the moon and never leave youre side unless told to. The dog gains more respect from me every day! he also retrieves shot pheasants to hand! I wouldnt own anything other than a racey bullx with a heart of a lion! My exsperience with other lurcher crosses hasnt realy been positive. Any way i best stop ranting on im on the ferry back from hunting in ireland. Im more of a moleskin and check shirt man myself.

Badgers definately spread TB..
My last job, involved culling them for the Dept of agriculture, over here, using live catch humane snares.
The snares had to be inspected every morning before 12 pm and any badger in the snare, had to be shot in the brain with a .22 rifle.
30% of the badgers that were tested that i cullled, were ridled with TB.

THE RSPCA in the mid seventy's changed their policy from being neutral to field sports to anti field sports. long before any studys or recommendations from any authority , since then they have been pro active in the banning of all field sports , they have in the last 5 years been infiltrated by LACS who's own wealth has been servilely curtailed due to the amount of failed prosecutions since the ban , in the past two years LACS have had to sell there office in London and the so called sanctuary down south they are in financial crisis . They have latched on to the RSPCA as they can have people in uniform who the police use as witness in any prosecutions they are no experts but as they provide there service to the police free of charge and have in house vets. They take a big wight off the police , any one who lets them on there property are fools they have NO LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER OR APPROACH YOU WITH OUT A WARRANT They crave more power the more important they can make the selves , the more they will get and believe me some one some were is making a case for these bastxrds to get that power using the excuse that valuable police time can be saved by giving them the power of entry . They knock at your door foook them off you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear , would you let some one in to check anything else in your property without just cause would you fooook any one who donates to the rspca is supporting the LACS,

Honestly stu get a life!!!!! Hav u ever seen the dog work? The dog isnt 5 and had 4 seasons of hard graft but hes a young dog yea!! 2 start with uv never seen the dog work!!! I have and every thing iv seen him do was A1 couldnt ask 4 more!!! The breeding behind the dog is top class and hes injured and mite never come right and thats a real shame and he was injured while working! AS WE ALL KNOW STU!! So to cut a long story short dont stick stupid posts up u messer about other people who are supost to be your pals!!! I would use the dog over my tried and tested bitch tomorow because hes a qaulity dog with size speed and he does work piks rabbits up n retrieves them with ease and has got the heart to take on bigger qaurry and has already proven that because thats how he got injured!! SO GET A LIFE AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I WONT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU YOU MORON!!!!!!
